How we use information
We use information to provide and support Jumsom, connect to your chosen CMS, publish content you approve, respond to requests, administer subscriptions, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run Jumsom, such as hosting, analytics, payment, communication, and CMS providers. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect Jumsom, our customers, or others.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics on Jumsom-owned public pages to understand visits, page use, and website interactions. This may involve cookies and usage or device information. We use this information to improve Jumsom and do not use it for advertising, remarketing, or personalized advertising.
Authenticated product analytics
We use PostHog in the signed-in Jumsom dashboard to understand how customers use product features and to improve the service. We send internal user and workspace identifiers, account or workspace roles, feature views, subscription plan categories, and operational outcomes. We do not send article content, prompts, generated text, uploaded knowledge-base content, CMS credentials, payment-card or transaction details, names, or email addresses to PostHog. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled.
Your content and CMS access
You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide. We use CMS access solely to deliver the agreed publishing service. You can ask us to remove or update connected access at any time by contacting us.
Data retention and security
We keep information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@jumsom.com.
