Terms and conditions
These terms set out the basis on which Jumsom provides its publishing service.

You may use Jumsom only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, materials, and instructions you provide to us.
Our service
Jumsom provides research, writing, publishing, and onboarding services according to the plan you select. Publishing depends on timely access to your CMS, the availability of connected services, and your cooperation during setup. We may improve or modify the service as it evolves.
Content and approvals
You remain responsible for your website, business claims, and the final use of published content. You must ensure that content and instructions you provide do not infringe others’ rights or break applicable laws. Unless otherwise agreed, Jumsom may use submitted materials only to provide and improve the service.
Fees and subscriptions
Plan prices, publishing volume, billing interval, and discounts are shown on the pricing page or agreed in writing. The final amount is confirmed before payment.
Renewals, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Annual and promotional plans are not prorated after a billing period begins unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your pre-existing content, brand assets, and business information. Once fees are paid, you may use the content prepared for your business. Jumsom retains ownership of its service, systems, templates, and other materials that are not created specifically for you.
Disclaimers and liability
Jumsom is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any specific commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Jumsom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the service.
Ending the service
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, payment is overdue, or continued service would create legal, security, or operational risk.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, courts in Bihar, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to Jumsom or these terms.
