Jumsom provides digital software, onboarding, and content publishing services. We do not ship physical products.

After a successful payment, we send account, onboarding, or service information to the email address associated with your account. Service access and delivery depend on the plan selected and the information or CMS access needed to complete setup.
Content delivery
When included in your plan, research and content are delivered through the Jumsom application, your connected CMS, or another agreed digital channel. Publishing schedules can depend on approvals, CMS availability, and your cooperation during onboarding.
No physical shipping
There are no shipping charges, physical shipments, or shipment tracking numbers for Jumsom services. If you do not receive expected account or service information, contact support@jumsom.com.
